following changes:

Change all references to year 2007 to year 2008.

Changed GEMS to GEHC throughout document where applicable.

Product this document applies to is LightSpeed CT750 HD.

Modified sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.1.3.4.2.1 to include X-Ray Radiation Dose

SR and Enhanced SR.

Modified 6.3.1.2.1.2.1 by correcting how invalid worklist entries are

processed. Also added that all worklist entries can be configured to be

saved in binary format.

Modified 6.8.9.2 indicating that (0040, 0006) Scheduled Performing

Physician is mapped from the worklist to (0008, 1050) Performing

Physician in the image header.

Modified sections 6.8.10.1, 6.8.11.1, and 6.8.13.2 indicating patient name,

patient id, study description and referring physician can be configured to

allow for 64 characters.

Modified section 6.8.10.1 indicating that the reuse of the study instance uid

is configurable.

Modified secton 6.11 indicating that the top level accession number in the

image header can be configured to be empty in the grouped case.

Modified 6.18.13.2 indicating (0010, 1000) Other Patient ID is now

accepted from the worklist and is added to the image header.

Added section 7.6.3 Configurable DICOM Data explaining the sending of

(0008, 1032) Procedure Code Sequence in PPS N-CREATE and (0040,

0260) Performed Protocol Code Sequence can be suppressed.

Corrected mistake in how top level (0008, 0050) Accession Number is

handled in section 8.9.2 GSPS Accession Number.
